Leakes has had major feuds with Kenya Moore and even a big fallout with her former friend Cynthia Bailey. But there is one other cast member who is relieved that Leakes will not be holding a peach this season.
Before making an appearance on The Steve Harvey Show, Kandi Burruss answered a few questions about the series and some of her co-stars.
When asked for her thoughts on Leakes’ leaving, Burruss echoed many of her other cast members and said that she was “happy for NeNe” and her new endeavors as she currently has a hosting gig on Fashion Police on E! as well as an upcoming show with legendary actress Betty White.
But Burruss also threw in, “I’m happy for us too.”
Burruss and Leakes have had a few run-ins since Burruss joined the show in the second season. So it might not be too shocking that Burruss gave a not so politically correct response to the question.
She also dished on who she thinks will benefit the most from her sex toy line, Bedroom Kandi. It would be none other than Bailey, who Burruss said has lots of “alone time” because her husband, Peter Thomas, is often in South Carolina for his new business, Sports One.
