Jill Duggar and Derick Dillard might be back, but that doesn't mean everyone is happy to see them. Apparently, fans are none too happy that Jill Duggar and her sister Jessa are getting their own TLC spin-off show after 19 Kids & Counting was axed by the TLC networking this past summer. The Duggar family have received quite the public backlash after it was revealed that their brother Josh Duggar sexually molested his sisters and cheated on his wife Anna with an Ashley Madison account.

After it was announcement that Jill and her husband Derick will be back on the small screen, the couple shared a photo of their small family on their Instagram account, which includes their son Israel David, in El Salvador on their current mission trip. Jill captioned the photo with, "We are looking forward to reconnecting with everyone with the new specials on TLC-many have asked about our mission work and about the challenges of taking our family to a different country, culture and learning a new language. We appreciate your prayers."

Unfortunately though, followers on her social media account lashed out at them by writing, "I don't think you should go back on TV. That ship sailed and the damage Josh has done to the Duggar reputation is irreparable. Go in peace and live a quiet life out of the public eye," along with, "If they truly cared for spreading the word to these people, they wouldnt of trailed back to share it with the public. I am ashamed that these people would exploit their kids for the sake to please you people and for more money."

They've also been criticized for their mission trip in the heavily Catholic country of El Salvador with some critics saying, "What's wrong with these people being Catholic??? Stop trying to make them be like you and your broken family of crazies!!! Use the money that was donated to actually help these people, they need homes and food!! Stop using that money to travel!!! Scam artists!!!"

Jill and Derick have not specified how long they will be in El Salvador on their mission trip.
