Adam Lind told fans on Instagram last week that he has 50/50 custody of his youngest daughter, 2-year-old Paislee. However, according to a new report, the Teen Mom 2 star wasn't being honest.

Although Paislee's mother, Taylor Halbur, hasn't yet released a statement in regard to her custody agreement with Lind, a source claims Lind doesn't have anything more than visitation rights with the child.

“Adam doesn’t have any custody of Paislee,” a source told Radar Online on Monday. “It’s just a joint visitation agreement.”

The agreement currently in place between Lind and Halbur reportedly gives Lind “every other weekend and one night a week only if he gives Paislee’s mother 24-hour notice.”

“He doesn’t have 50/50 or full custody,” the source continued. “Adam just thinks that visitation is custody in some sort of form.”

In addition, said the source, Halbur allows her daughter to drive in the car with Lind, as long as he has a valid driver's license, which he received last week.

“He wouldn’t do anything to intentionally put her in harm’s way," the source explained.

Prior to his license being reinstated, the source claimed, "Taylor had been dropping Paislee off to Adam and picking her up. The visitation drop-offs and pick-ups had been on Taylor’s schedule.”
