Josh Altman and Heather Bilyeu may have called off their 2014 wedding plans, but now, just one year later, the couple is finally ready to walk down the aisle.

According to a new report, the Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles star and his fellow realtor, Bilyeu, are planning to get married on April 2, 2016 at the Aspen Art Museum in Colorado.

"Heather and I are in a great place right now," Altman told Us Weekly on Wednesday. "We're happy and everything is good and we've kind of thrown out all the other noise. Last year we were trying to do everything at once and we couldn't, even though we felt we could. And that was one of the reasons why we canceled the wedding."

"I think that the craziness of last year really helped put things in perspective for us, and as difficult as that was, it did bring us closer," Bilyeu explained. "It made us kind of focus on what we wanted individually and then what we wanted as a couple for our future, which has ultimately made us realize that we do want the same things out of life and for one another."

According to Altman, last year's ceremony had become a "who's who" of his client list, rather than a list of those closest to him and Bilyeu.

"It shouldn't be like that," he said. "It should be about us."

Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on Bravo.
