The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star stepped out earlier today in Los Angeles while taking daughter Penelope Disick and niece North West to their ballet class.

The reality star was pictured in Los Angeles - literally juggling the two tiny tots under each arm, as well as flaunting her amazing physique in a crop top number that was paired with a high-waisted leggings and a leather baseball cap.

Earlier in the week, the 36-year-old mother of three posed in her private gym with nothing but a sports bra and workout leggings in which she posted a photo on Social Media, stating, "Working out is one of the only things that helps when I'm feeling anxious," Kourtney captioned the image on her Instagram account.

While it has not been an easy ride for the reality star lately, including news of her ex Scott Disick entering himself into a rehab facility near Los Angeles after years of battling drug and alcohol abuse.

After having three kids and nine years of being together, Kourtney and Scott ended their relationship in July. In a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kourtney opened up to Kim Kardashian about how difficult and painful the split has been for her.

Disick, on the other hand, expressed his devastation over their relationship ending in a new promo for Season 11 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
