A lot of footage is filmed of the contestants competing each cycle on America's Next Top Model and while a majority of the time the focus of each episode has to do with their modeling capabilities sometimes other instances pop up.

This Friday the episode will focus on life within the house actually from the roommate drama to the housemates flirting and more.

That aside, the Cycle 22 contestants happened to gain a housemate in the form of a small bird one night. The CW Television Network's YouTube channel shared a video from what happened when this unexpected guest entered the models' home for the duration of the competition.

In this extra scene that didn't air on TV, Mamé, Devin and Ashley, but particularly Mamé, seem to freak out over the hummingbird being in their home.

"Oh my God! Look at that big-What is that?" Mama announces in the clip that's below.


The three of them have no clue what they were dealing with, but fellow contestant Mikey comes to the rescue to get the creature safely out of the house.

"This cycle will show that Mikey definitely has a way with the ladies," Mikey says about himself in the confessional setup, adding, "All of them."

So that includes the tiny hummingbird that found its way inside the model house.

Mikey is then seen asking for his housemates to give him a towel so he can scoop up the hummingbird.

Back in the confessional setup the Floridian admits to being open to all types of women.

"Mikey flirts with everyone!" Mamé says while in the confessional setup as footage of Mikey capturing the hummingbird is shown.

Mikey is then seen walking the hummingbird outside as he mentions, "Awe, she's crying. Don't worry baby!"

Then he lets the hummingbird fly away.

America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 airs on Fridays at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
