Based on the latest promo, it seems that Juliette's behavior will get so horrific that she'll consider taking her own life. When a fan comes up to her to take a photo, the singer jumps onto her in a violent and threatening way until someone has to viciously drag her away.

Of course, this makes headlines where Juliette will look so much worse than anyone could have ever imagined. Avery finds out and says she's "sick." With theories coming up on drugs and alcohol, Juliette looks more depressed than usual where no one seems to have any hope for her anymore. And based on the last moments, she doesn't have much hope left either.

Juliette stands on the edge of a balcony facing the ground that could be the last thing she sees before her possible fatality.

Does this mean that one of the biggest characters on the series will meet her fate? Considering that Hayden Panettiere (Juliette) has been seeking treatment for postpartum depression and has taken a medical leave from the series (via Us Weekly), there is a possibility that this moment will lead to an absence from her character.

Perhaps, Juliette will jump and wind up in a coma. Or, she'll turn back and realize that she needs serious professional help if she plans to turn her life around. Either way, it could work for Panettiere's time off.
