It looks like disgraced actor Bill Cosby will be speaking out about Janice Dickinson’ claims that he sexually assaulted her.

A judge, Debre Katz Weintraub, has ruled in Dickinson’s favor that her legal team, led by Lisa Bloom, can depose Cosby in a deposition involving her defamation case against him.

Dickinson is suing Cosby for defamation after he said she was lying when she came out and said he abused her. The judge said Cosby can be deposed as long as Dickinson’s lawyers can prove that Cosby made the comment with malicious intent.

Dickinson has said the encounter with Cosby happened in Lake Tahoe back in 1982. Dickinson claim is just one of roughly 50 women who have come forward and said Cosby sexually assaulted them in the past. Cosby will not be questioned intensely about the other women during the deposition.

Cosby’s former lawyer, Martin Singer, will also be able to use the “attorney-client privilege”and won’t be subject to answering all of the questions.

Cosby attempted to have the judge toss out the new ruling, but Weintraub refused to do so.

This wouldn’t be the first deposition Cosby has faced. Just last month, Gloria Allred deposed Cosby in a very similar lawsuit. This one is filed by a woman named Judy Huth who said Cosby assaulted her when she was just 15-years-old. Based on her account, it took place in the 1970s at the Playboy Mansion.

Interestingly enough, Singer was no longer Cosby’s attorney after that. Now, a man named Christopher Tayback leads his representation.

Dickinson and her lawyers have until November 25 to depose Cosby.
