After sharing the photo above, Glanville was met by comments, including, "[Your] boys must be so proud of their mother," "Gross," "Trailer trash" and "You seem a little #thirsty."

Another woman said her outfit was "so embarrassing for her children. No kid wants 2 C mom in pasties! #trashbag #dirty #nasty."

Glanville's risqué outing took place on Tuesday night during a Kiss charity concert for cancer patients at the El Rey Theater, and after the show, Glanville spoke of her heart-shaped nipple covers during an interview with TMZ.

After the cameraman questioned whether Glanville and her friend preferred bras or pasties, the reality star said, "Um, I'm not sure what the f**k are you talking about? I mean... Get better questions."

Glanville then confirmed the shape of her pasties, explaining, "They are hearts. I love my t**s."
