Just over two years after David's affair with Nicole McMackin began, the Real Housewives of Orange County star claims her husband was contacted by his "other woman," who accused Shannon of sending her a friend request.

“She says that I’ve tried to friend request her on Instagram,” Shannon explained during an appearance on Heather Dubrow's Podcast, via a report by Real Mr. Housewife on Wednesday. “She reached out to David for the first time, sent him a text with a screenshot of it. I’d forgotten my phone the day before… I didn’t friend request her by any means.”

“She said something to the effect-we deleted it-it said, ‘You and your wife are sick. Tell your wife to stop harassing me. Haven’t you put me through enough?’” Shannon revealed.

According to Shannon, McMackin was jealous of her role on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

“I think she was jealous. Let me tell you why. I went up to her and I told her that I got the show and it needed to stay confidential," Shannon recalled. "She was in an organization where everything that you said was confidential… Her face dropped so significantly. I remember walking away going that’s not a normal response. You’re supposed to be happy for someone.”
