Lindsay Lohan's Dad Michael Denies Calling Daughter an Escort

Lindsay Lohan's father Michael denied saying that his daughter is a high-priced escort.

The 52-year-old celebrity father had quotes published in the latest issue of Star magazine that he apparently never said.

"She is getting paid to date rich men," Michael allegedly said about his daughter.

The tabloid also quoted Michael about his ex-wife, Dina, who apparently "is pimping [Lindsay] out. It's disgusting."

Papa Lohan defended his troubled actress daughter to TMZ in response to  the tabloid magazine's story.

"By absolutely no means did I ever make such a statement, ever," he said, according to a TMZ report on Jan 16.

He continued: "Sure, Lindsay and other celebs make personal appearances and get paid for it. Sure, she and they get paid to go to birthday parties and other occasions. But for sex? Are you kidding me? I would never say that because she would never do that and it never happened."

As for his alleged allegations against his ex-wife, Michael was quoted by E! Online saying, "All I DID say when I was arguing with Dina was that Dina was acting like a pimp for allowing and going with Lindsay to an event/personal appearance for money, just so Dina could get her cut!"

He added: "It's like pimping Lindsay out so Dina can make money! They twisted everything to make it look like I said that! Notice that they said the pimp part BUT then a 'source' said the rest!"

Lindsay apparently earned big money lately.

She reportedly earned at least $100,000 recently for a personal appearance at a New Year's Eve party in London for Brunei's Haji Abdul Azim, who is third in line to the throne of the small Southeast Asian nation, according to MSN.
