Kathryn Dennis Defends Second Pregnancy On Twitter

Although she wasn't due until December, Dennis gave birth about 24 hours ago, and a short time later, details regarding the on-again, off-again couple's son were revealed.

"Kathryn C. Dennis has officially welcomed her second baby with Thomas Ravenel into the world — a little ahead of schedule," Bravo's The Daily Dish reported on Tuesday. "The Southern Charm mom gave birth to a son, St. Julien Rembert Ravenel, on November 9 at 12:46 P.M. in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina."

In March 2014, following filming on the first season of Southern Charm, Dennis, 24, and Ravenel, 53, welcomed their first child, Kensington. Months later, Dennis spoke to The Daily Dish about her new role as a mother.

"I just feel a lot more grounded and when I make decisions I base them on the long term effect rather than the short term effect," she explained. "It kind of allows you to not get caught up in the little things anymore. You realize what's important, I guess."

And as for what Kensington thought about becoming a big sister, Dennis said, "She doesn't understand I have a baby in my belly or anything like that. I think by the time the baby's born and she gets a little older, you know, she'll understand a little bit more and have fun with the baby."

Southern Charm is rumored to be currently in production, but so far, there has been no official confirmation of season three by Bravo.
