During Monday night's new episode of the Bravo reality show, Maloney was seen getting to know the two ladies, and in an interview after the show, she shared her thoughts on the new additions to Vanderpump Rules, both of whom recently got jobs at SUR Lounge.

"Being a veteran at SUR, now-6 years and counting, I have met and trained most of the new servers," Maloney revealed to Bravo TV on Monday. "My first impression of Faith was that she was very laid back and personable. She wasn't shy and was very candid in our conversation from the start. I knew I would get along with her. As far as her experience and knowledge of working in a restaurant I could tell she was very green and I know Lisa would be hard on her. I was willing to help her as much as a could because I wanted her to keep her job."

As for Kent, Maloney wasn't so sure.

"I thought we would have plenty in common. However she had a bit of a stand-offish demeanor and didn't seem to care about fitting in or making friends off the bat," Maloney explained. "I can be guarded with people at first because I have a pretty strong intuition and something told me to hang back and take my time with Lala."

Vanderpump Rules season four airs on Monday nights at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
