The incident, which took place late last month, has made its rounds on the Internet as the former couple share very different sides of what happened. While Miles maintains that he never laid a finger on Milan, Milan is opening up about the proof that he has that he was actually a victim of domestic assault.

“He definitely got arrested, he definitely assaulted me. He got arrested for domestic assault. It’s one of those things where, even when he did it, I was so shocked that he did it and brought friends with him.”

He added that it was in public, possibly verifying reports that everything happened after they both happened to be at the same party that night. Milan said he was extremely shocked because despite his drama and issues with Miles, he would never think to harm him physically.

As far as Miles’ claims that he was never arrested for attacking Milan, Milan pulled out proof that Miles was actually taken into custody for the alleged altercation.

“I can’t really talk too much about it because of the case...” Milan said before grabbing his “receipts” from the New York State Police Department that Miles was arrested.

“Miles lies about everything,” Milan said before pointing out the police report. “Miles has lied about who he is, what he represents, his lifestyle, what his life consisted of. He’s lied about so much. And it’s crazy because I think it’s a disservice to the LGBT community and to the show and to people in the community at large that this person is a complete fraud.”

Milan did set the record straight that Miles had not hit him before the incident.
