Amber Marchese might have been politically correct and only hinted at issues with Teresa Giudice when she revealed she was quitting Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey, but now that she is officially off the show, Marchese definitely is not holding back when it comes to sharing her real thoughts about Giudice.

While many say that Marchese and her husband, Jim, who has also been vocal about bashing Giudice and the show, are just upset because Giudice landed her own spinoff The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In while in jail, based on their latest interview Wednesday, their issues with Giudice started long before then.

They first said that producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey often tried to coerce Amber into contacting Giudice about all of her legal problems after she was sentenced to 15 months behind bars on the show. Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges last year.

Jim said producers, “asked [Amber] countless times to call Teresa about her criminal issues” and wanted to get the moment on camera. They also wanted the Marcheses to be taped while discussing the Giudices very high profile troubles with the law. Interestingly enough, Jim was the prosecutor for an unrelated case involving Joe.

He said producers “wanted us to talk about it because they felt the viewing audience wouldn’t understand it and because of my training, I could explain it.”
