Jax Taylor is known for being a playboy on Vanderpump Rules, and in a sneak peek at Monday's new episode, he's seen striking up a friendship with new girl Lala Kent.

Katie Maloney Slams 'Vanderpump Rules' Newbie For Shocking Lies!

After Kent is isolated by Scheana Marie Shay and Katie Maloney, she finds a new friend in Taylor, who appears happy to support her as she struggles to fit in at SUR Lounge.

"I feel like I'm in junior high school about who you should be friends and who you shouldn't be friends with," Kent explained to Taylor, who informs her that SUR is a very "clique-y" place to work.

"I am a girls girl. I would much rather hang out with a group of girls than guys, but since Katie and Scheana have completely iced me out, I really see no other choice but to make friends with the men," Kent later tells cameras.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight last week, Shay and Maloney spoke out about Kent.

“[Lala kent]’s a free spirit... She’s really young," Scheana Marie explained. "I think [Lala Kent] just is figuring a lot out.”

“I’ve have had some struggles with [Lala Kent],” Maloney added. “I just see her as someone who’s still young and figuring things out, and you know, she’s got a pretty bold personality along the way, so, I don’t know. I don’t know how long she’ll last.”

Vanderpump Rules season four airs Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
