Ruby Rose is facing backlash from some Twitter users after posting what some deem to be a controversial image after the ISIS terrorist attacks on Paris.

Rob Lowe Tweets Controversial Comments Following Paris Attacks

On Friday, Nov. 13, the Orange Is The New Black star took to Twitter and shared an image that read, "Pray for the entire world," captioning the graphic, "Let's be honest." The tweet, which has since been shared close to 18,000 times, has been compared to the #AllLivesMatter hashtag, which many believe takes away from the importance of #BlackLivesMatter. Rose has since clarified her statement and posted several tweets and images in support of Paris and the victims of the horrific attacks.

"#prayforfrance my heart goes out to everyone involved directly and indirectly," Rose captioned an Instagram photo of the viral image of the Eiffel Tower within a peace sign. "This is horrible. Please pray for France."

"There were bombings in Lebanon and Paris today," she replied to one user about her initial image, also retweeting those who spoke of earthquakes in Japan and Mexico and suicide bombings in Baghdad. "I am saying the world is in trouble. Terrorism is at large."

Rose later responded directly to those who took issue with her initial post.

"Wow! Guys my •pray for the world• post is not taking away from Paris," she continued. "It's about the other incidents today #paris #syria #lebanon."

"Please stop comparing my prayer for the world today as an 'all lives matter' blanket post," she added. "It's about the terrorist attacks today."

In addition to her own tweets, Rose also retweeted many addressing the attacks in Paris and how best to help the city and the victims.
