Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, recently saved their Montville, New Jersey home from foreclosure, but unfortunately for The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, their financial woes are far from over.

According to a new report, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently slapped the Giudices with a $551,563 tax lien.

"The tax lien, filed with the Morris County Clerk on Oct. 21 in both Joe and Teresa's names, reveals unpaid tax bills for nine years spanning 2000 to 2013," the NJ Advance Media reported on Wednesday. "These include the years for which Joe Giudice was previously charged for failing to file his taxes as part of a 41-count indictment in 2013."

As the report revealed, Joe was charged with failing to pay taxes on nearly $1 million worth of income between 2004 and 2008 in 2013, and as part of his plea bargain with the U.S. Attorney, he pleaded guilty to one count, resulting in a 12 month prison sentence.

When Joe begins serving a 41-month prison sentence early next year, the 12-month term will run concurrent with his bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud sentence, meaning he won't need to stay in prison for any additional time.

According to the site, Joe Giudice "reports to the Federal Correctional Institution at Fort Dix early next year to serve his sentence, after which he faces the possibility of deportation to his native Italy."

Teresa Giudice will be released from prison on Dec. 23.
