Abby Lee Miller might be going through one of the roughest periods of her life right now, but it looks like she has at least one thing to look forward to: the season six premiere of Dance Moms. After rumors suggested that the controversial reality television star was going to be fired because of her million dollar fraud case, it looks like Miller is proving all her critics wrong.

Even with Miller returning to reality television, her future is still looking bleak. Both fans and critics alike predict that the outspoken dance instructor might end up behind bars for cheating the government by hiding her money and assets.

According to Reality Tea back in October, Miller pleaded not guilty for allegedly hiding income from her reality show while claiming bankruptcy. Miller was hit with 20 counts of fraud for allegedly trying to hide her income when she declared bankruptcy back in 2010. That same year, Miller filed a petition to reorganize her Pittsburgh studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company.

U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton reported that Miller opened up bank accounts to hide more than $755,000 she made from her reality show and merchandising. Miller also didn't report some of the money she made to the IRS and lied on financial reports.

Miller has so far pleaded not guilty in her case.
