America's Next Top Model is something not many people get to partake in cycle after cycle and the contestants always seem to rave about how amazing it is despite how grueling it can be.

What Advice Did 'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 22 Winner Give To Current Contestants?

The Cycle 22 contestants are coming down to the wire with just one episode left before the world finds out who will be the winner this time around.

The CW Television Network's YouTube channel uploaded a video, which is below, of select contestants giving insight into how they'd sum up being part of America's Next Top Model.

Ashley, who went home in the seventh episode, revealed this experience has been "extreme" because "it's been an extreme change, it's been an extreme makeover."

"Everything has just been so drastic," she added, noting, "It's been a wonderful experience."

Delanie, who was sent home even earlier in the competition, thinks the best word to sum up her experience with the series is "development" since "there's been a lot of ups and downs."

She revealed that her early elimination "forced" her to remove herself from her comfort zone.

Top 4 contestant Lacey selected the word "journey" and rightfully so considering she comes from a small town in Arkansas and has flourished as a model throughout the competition even with a few low points along the way.

"I started in this competition as like a young, really innocent, not knowing what I was doing and I've grown so much," Lacey admitted, adding, "And throughout this journey I've learned who I am. I'm confident and I love it."

Stefano, who also went home pretty early in the competition, used "experience" to describe his time competing.

Hadassah had quite the journey, spending a few times in the bottom two, yet rising up until she finally got eliminated so she selected "resilience" as her word of choice.

Meanwhile, another Top 4 contestant, Nyle, selected the word "valuable" since "it's a culmination of everything" he has learned in a very short period of time.

Mamé, who is also in the Top 4, claims this experience has been so "overwhelming," but it's worth it since one can be overwhelmed in a variety of ways.

Justin, another eliminated contestant, dished that "growth" would define his experience throughout the competition since he thinks "every single person here has grown in more than one aspect."

America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 part two of the finale airs on Friday, Dec. 4 at 9 p.m. ET on The CW.
