It's no secret that Abby Lee Miller is definitely having financial issues these days, and that's probably why she's been working hard to push her apparel line to her young fans just in time for the holiday season. The controversial Dance Moms star has once again promoted her Abby Lee Apparel on her social networking accounts, hoping that her young fans will cough up the money to help the cash-strapped star before her million-dollar fraud case.

According to Reality Tea back in October, Miller pleaded not guilty for allegedly hiding income from her reality show while claiming bankruptcy. Miller was hit with 20 counts of fraud for allegedly trying to hide her income when she declared bankruptcy back in 2010.

That same year, Miller filed a petition to reorganize her Pittsburgh, Penn. studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company.

And of course, this has fans wondering if Miller is now having a hard time making ends meet because of the case. Either way, there is no denying that she is definitely asking for money from her fans.

Miller shared a photo of dancer Maddie Ziegler on her Instagram account and captioned it with, "A black tie event is formal & sophisticated! This classic black two-piece ensemble makes quite an entrance, yet the daring black mesh back makes an even more dramatic exit! @maddieziegler is a trend setter in the new #abbyleeapparel #ALDC."
