Abby Lee Miller has a reputation for being one of the most ruthless and unforgiving figures in the reality television world, but has she changed her tune recently? That might be the case as many fans have noticed that the Dance Moms star, who is currently under investigation for tax fraud charges, is being uncharacteristically nice to her fans.

While promoting her Abby Lee Dance Company apparel line on her Twitter account, both fans and critics alike have noticed that the controversial dance instructor has been in a rather pleasant mood, responding back to her followers with nothing but kind words.

There's a good chance that Miller is looking for fan sympathy, as many critics predict that the reality star might end up behind bars, just like Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice. Miller is being accused of lying about her income and hiding her assets to avoid paying for taxes.

According to Reality Tea back in October, Miller pleaded not guilty for allegedly hiding income from her reality show while claiming bankruptcy. Miller was hit with 20 counts of fraud for allegedly trying to hide her income when she declared bankruptcy back in 2010. That same year, Miller filed a petition to reorganize her Pittsburgh studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company.

U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton reports that Miller opened up bank accounts to hide more than $755,000 she made from her reality show and merchandising. Miller also didn't report some of the money she made to the IRS and lied on financial reports.
