On Wednesday, Daily Mail posted some snapshots of the actress as she went shopping with a gal pal in Los Angeles. Biel sported a white shirt with a black and white plaid shirt and jeans as her skin glowed and her figure looked perfectly healthy.

Jessica Biel Says She Sings To Her Baby More Than Justin Timberlake Does

Biel gave birth to her first child, Silas Randall, last April. The baby's father is Biel's husband, Justin Timberlake.

The actress participated in a Q&A session on Reddit AMA last month where someone asked what the best thing is that a parent can do for his or her child. Biel said that it's important to let kids choose how they live their lives.

"All we have left really, truly in this world that we can control is our own integrity. I don't mean that like sexual integrity, I mean that as a human being," she said. "You choose how you live your life, what you deserve."

The mom then discussed how women should be better portrayed in the media with a true sign of equality.

"The media does a lot of really wonderful things to support women and women's bodies," Biel said. "And we can't discount that, and we're actively using media to do something amazing, to totally talk frankly and openly about women- MY needs, OUR needs, OUR desires."
