Jessica Biel Reveals The Best Thing A Parent Can Do For A Child

On Saturday, South Carolina ASC posted a photo of the actress with her seven-month-old as they went for a walk in Los Angeles and she held her son to her chest.

Biel was wearing a blue jacket with a black shirt and tan pants as Silas wore a grey outfit and looked perfectly comfortable with his mommy.

Biel previously participated in a Q&A session on Reddit AMA where someone asked what the best thing is that a parent can do for a child. She said that it's important to let kids think for themselves and choose what they want out of life.

"All we have left really, truly in this world that we can control is our own integrity. I don't mean that like sexual integrity, I mean that as a human being," she said. "You choose how you live your life, what you deserve."

The actress then dished on how women are portrayed in the media and how there needs to be true equality in gender placement.

"The media does a lot of really wonderful things to support women and women's bodies," she said. "And we can't discount that, and we're actively using media to do something amazing, to totally talk frankly and openly about women- MY needs, OUR needs, OUR desires."

Biel has been married to her husband, Justin Timberlake, for three years now.
