Are 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Stars Josh Altman & Heather Bilyeu Expecting?!

During the season eight finale of Million Dollar Listing: LA, which will air next week on Bravo, Flagg is seen showing his fiancé through their possible future home. However, Colton appears to have serious doubt about the old home's potential.

"It needs some work, honestly," Colton tells Flagg in the preview clip for next week's show.

"Of course it needs work. The house was built in the 40s," Flagg responds.

"This is the perfect property for us. It's in the heart of Beverly Hills right behind the Beverly Hills Hotel--the best of the best," Flagg explains during his confessional.

Once Flagg begins explaining his plans for a remodel, Colton tells him, "You've been thinking a lot about this huh?"

"I cannot stop thinking about this," he answers.

Although Flagg eventually purchased the home earlier this year for a reported $5 million, he ultimately chose to sell it just months later--for nearly a $1 million profit. According to a TMZ report in October, Flagg intended to renovate the home, but hadn't done a thing to it when Myspace co-founder Chris DeWolf offered him just under $6 million.
