Fans are usually unforgiving to a player who cost their team a win but this one is an exception. Timo Baumgartl, an 18-year-old soccer player who costed VfB Stuttgart a win, received a surprising reaction from Stuttgart supporters.

In the video, the young Baumgartl made a mistake against an elite Borussia Dortmund team. As the opponent came to him, he kicked the ball to a direction where he thought he had a teammate. It turned out that there was no one there, so the opponent took advantage and scored the easy goal, which gave Dortmund the win.

However, Baumgartl was still received kindly by fans instead of heckling him. He was hugged and comforted by supporters as he recover from his mistake that costed them the game. Aside from Baumgartl, other Stuttgart players were also comforted by fans.

These fans are truly considerate to Baumgartl because they know that the young player is still learning on how to play the game.
