While Altman said during an early episode of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles that he wasn't ready for kids, he had a change of heart after a pregnancy scare on last week's show, and now, rumors of a possible baby bump have surfaced.
"On Thursday, Josh Altman posted a photo of Heather that he took the night prior in Miami. Several people commented that Heather looks pregnant and congratulated the couple on the impending baby," The Inquisitr reported on Thursday.

During last week's show, after Bilyeu revealed to Altman that she was "late," Altman revealed he had recently began feeling different about starting a family with his fiancee.
"Part of me is, you know, I don't know. It is a weird feeling," he explained during the episode. "My mind is just racing right now and I can't stop thinking about all the things that I've said over these past few months about not wanting to have kids or not being ready to have kids, and I just don't want her to think... I'm worried about her right now. And you know what? If after tonight, everything changes for us, then I know I'm ready for that. I'll be ready for it."
