On Wednesday, the supermodel added a video to her Instagram page where she dons a black sports bra with matching pants and has her hair tied back. As she's in a room with exercise equipment, the video moves in faster motion as she goes through different workouts.

This includes kicking her legs back and forth and balancing in plank position.

There also seems to be some tension happening in her posterior region as she keeps up with her slender and healthy figure.

McKinney has been a busy woman with her modeling and acting career. But what some people may not realize is that she's been a working girl even in her upbringing.

"The toughest thing with that was like I never did prom, I didn't really have girl friends, I was never in a sorority, I never went to college," the model recalled to For The Win last fall. "I missed a lot of that, which made me grow up a lot faster."

McKinney then gave advice for athletes looking to gain popularity on social media.

"Well, everyone's on me about social media because I don't post enough," she said. "But I would just say quality over quantity. Good material, reaching out to your fan base. Avoid posting what you drink. That's probably a good idea."
