Oscar winner and Thirty Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto is suing TMZ for copyright infringement. A footage of him dissing Taylor Swift's songs surfaced on the celebrity gossip website.
According to BuzzFeed, the footage showed Leto making remarks like "I don't like this at all," while listening to Swift's 1989 album. The video then ends with the Joker actor expressing his disdain against the pop singer.
"Fuck her. I don't give a fuck about her. It's whatever works best for us," Leto says.
The actor insists that the footage was filmed in his home and it's private property as well as unlawfully claimed.
Leto tweeted an apology to Taylor Swift, calling her "amazing."
The truth is I think @taylorswift13 is amazing + an incredible example of what's possible. If I hurt her or her fans my sincerest apologies.
