Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, especially when spent with family. However, this may not be the case for Monika.

This will be the first Christmas that they will be spending without their daughter, Jenna, who is a sailor in the U.S. Navy. She hasn't been home since August and has not made plans of coming home for the holidays.

Monika told the news team of WPBF, who were with her at the gym whom she thought were there to interview her about parents whose son or daughter are in the military and can't come home for the holidays.

Little did she know that Jenna and her dad were working together to surprise her.

With the news team interviewing her, suddenly Jenna walked into the gym to surprise her mom. Monika couldn't contain her surprise and both mother and daughter hugged each other that lasted almost a lifetime. While dad was waiting for his turn.

Apparently, everyone around them got teary-eyed too to see the family reunited for the holiday season.
