When it comes to Jill Duggar, she likes to keep it all in the family, apparently. The reality television star, who is now living in Central America with her husband Derick Dillard, is using her social media accounts to reach out to her one million followers to help promote her brother-in-law Dan Dillard for a good cause.

According to Jill's Instagram account, she wants to help Dan win the "Best Beard" award for the "Hair Dare" at the Highlands Oncology Group in Arkansas. And considering that she has such a huge fan base, there's a good chance that Dan might win the honor.

She captioned her photo with, "Go to "The Hair Dare-Vote!" on Highlands Oncology Group Facebook and like Dan Dillard! #bestbeard This is the same cancer treatment place my mother-in-law was treated at. @cldilla @justdand."

Meanwhile, there's another rumor that says Jill might be hiding even more dirt about her scandalized brother, Josh. He is currently at a faith-based rehab for his sex and porn addictions after he confessed to not only sexually abusing his sisters but to also cheating on his wife, Anna Duggar this past summer.

According to Star Magazine on Wednesday, Jill along with her sister Jessa are staring in their own TLC series called, Jill and Jessa: Counting On. And while the show is supposed to be about their new lives as mothers and wives, apparently they are still talking about the past.

But are Jill and Jessa ready to tell all, or are they just teasing their fans? Viewers will just have to wait and see.
