Fans might have to wait a little longer before they see Rob Kardashian on E!’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Just after reports said that Kardashian would be making more appearances on his family’s reality show after taking the last couple of seasons off, newer headlines reveal that he has more issues to work through.

One insider revealed Friday, “Rob has gone off the rails again. He is, once again, out of control.”

Another said that Kardashian’s former stepfather, Bruce Jenner, now Caitlyn, is all for Kardashian going to rehab stat.

One added, “He was doing so well for a minute but is now off the radar again and he seems to feel neglected because the entire family is focused on Kim, as usual.”

Interestingly enough, much of the attention has been on Kim Kardashian as she has just given birth to her second child, Saint West. But Khloe Kardashian has also been making headlines more than usual as her estranged husband Lamar Odom is recovering after being found unconscious following what has been said to have been an overdose.

The insider continued and said, “Nobody knows what to do anymore because Rob will not even leave the house. He seems really bad off and everyone is really worried.”

Rob has reportedly been feuding with the family for years. He even opted out of attending Kim’s wedding to rapper Kanye West last year in fear of the cameras getting a glimpse at his body. His mother, Kris Jenner, has said he has gained roughly 100 pounds.
