Ending a year on a low note is never a good thing, but it seems to be the way things are going for 5 Seconds of Summer.

Did Ashton Irwin Really Hit A Fan & Break Her Cellphone While Home On Break?

The Australian band is on the latest cover of Rolling Stone and the interview they gave is far from stellar. Michael Clifford, Calum Hood, Luke Hemmings and Ashton Irwin, discuss their wild nights touring especially in the earlier days of the band, meaning they drop hints over the number of girls they slept with, but that's not all they spilled on that has left people outraged.

Clifford commented in the interview that fellow musician, Justin Bieber, hates him and his bandmates.

Why Did Camila Cabello Say Michael Clifford Is 'Forever' In Her Heart?

"I think he hates us," Clifford said while recalling hitting up Bieber's party after the American Music Awards.

"It was f---ing crazy, people standing on tables and s---," Clifford said of the party that took place at The Nice Guy.

That isn't so controversial, but what Clifford stated next definitely ruffled peoples' feathers.

"I probably shouldn't say this, but he had his own album on loop for, like, two or three hours," Clifford dished about Bieber supposedly self-promoting his latest LP Purpose that dropped on Nov. 13.

Aside from angering Beliebers around the world, Bieber didn't even appreciate the rude comments from the 5SOS band member.

On Twitter Saturday night, the Canadian hit back, but deleted his tweets soon after. However, he wasn't quick enough in deleting since one fan did capture what he said to Clifford.

"Don't hate you. Don't even know you," Bieber revealed, adding his album was definitely not on loop.

Plus, Bieber told the guitarist, "Don't use my name for headlines."

The band's Rolling Stone interview is earning tons of backlash and this is just a small dose of it. What do you think of their blunt interview?
