Katy Perry and John Mayer appear to have reconciled after years of back and forth.

After spending time together on Wednesday evening in Los Angeles, the on-again, off-again couple was photographed in a car together.

"The 31-year-old pop star and the 38-year-old crooner were spotted leaving The Nice Guy restaurant and lounge in West Hollywood early on Thursday. They entered the same car after exiting the venue," E! News reported on Thursday.

"Mayer, clad in a black coat, and Perry, in one of her holiday onesies, were seen exiting the venue around 4 a.m.," added Us Weekly.

Perry and Mayer began dating in 2012 after her divorce from Russell Brand, but since then, their road has been rocky to say the least. However, after calling it quits in February 2014, the couple has been spotted together a number of times.

In addition to having dinner in Beverly Hills, and partying together after the 2015 Super Bowl, Perry and Mayer attended Allison Williams’ September wedding, and also visited Disneyland early last year. At the time, an eyewitness told Us Weekly that the pair seemed back on as they were spotted “walking around the park holding hands” and looking romantic.

"He worked his way back into her good graces," the insider told explained to the magazine. "He's trying not to mess it up."
