It looks like Derick Dillard's appearance is a huge topic of conversation between his wife Jill Duggar's fans, as they can't help but notice that the reality television star is looking very different these days. In fact, some fans are even pointing out that Dillard looks "malnourished" and "sickly" and that he might even be suffering from a parasite infection, too.

According to Star Pulse on Sunday, many of Duggar's social media followers are apparently worried about Dillard's health as he has been looking rather unkept lately and that his health concerns might be either because of the couple's living conditions in Central America or simply because of stress.

"He really needs to be checked for parasites, he is clearly malnourished," said one follower, claiming to be an RN.
"Please do not blow this off, get him help."
"Mr. Dillard is not looking very well himself," wrote another. "He looks gaunt and tired."
Another social media follower wrote, "People aren't trying to pull Derrick down they are just concerned. He really look ill or malnourished. Please see a Dr. Get well soon! Praying for you!"
