Mendeecees Harris of VH1’s hit series Love & Hip Hop New York might be going to jail soon, but he’s making it clear in his latest clap back session against a follower that fans might not want to mess with him when it comes to his upcoming time in prison.

It all started when Mendeecees, who was sentenced to eight years after he pleaded guilty to his involvement in a huge drug ring, shared a video clip of himself and rapper Cam’ron in the studio together. He revealed in his caption that they had taken the video the night before.

One fan instigated and asked, “Last night? Aren’t you in jail?”
Mendeecees caught wind of her comment and replied, “Come on babe I know u can read and understand when i say tonight so that mean I can’t be in jail right? So u really want me 2 answer that question for u?”
Mendeecees has been no stranger to clapping back at fans when it comes to his wife and co-star Yandy Smith, his children, and now his legal trouble.
He has already spent more than a year behind bars (viewers might remember that was much of Yandy’s story line on the fourth season of Love & Hip Hop New York as she tried to get him released on bail) and was sentenced late last year.
It’s not clear when he has to check in, but it is definite that he isn’t in jail yet.
