Yolanda Foster wants her fans and followers to think twice before getting breast implants.

After fans watched as Foster prepared to remove her 20-year-old silicone implants on Tuesday night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, she shared an update on social media.

"CAUTION... BREAST IMPLANTS may or may not cause major health issues--Please educated yourself, research the toxicity and side effects of Silicone Breast Implants," Foster wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of the silicone implant she had removed last year.

"If it's not natural, it's probably not meant to be in your body," she continued. "#SiliconeRupture #BreastImplants #BeYourOwnHealthAdvocate FAT TRANSFER is a healthier option for breast enlargement #KnowledgeIsPower #DareToShare."

Foster also opened up about breast implants in her latest Bravo TV blog.

"It was fascinating to learn that 2.8-3 cm silicone granulomas were found in my lymph nodes, under my clavicle bone and deep inside my chest cavity, creating a constant immune response and a constant feeling of something that was trying to kill me from the inside out," she wrote. "Thank God I stopped listening to doctors that told me I was fine and looked beautiful, thank God my intuition was strong and dead on and thank God I am alive and here to state my case!!!"
