A new teaser for season 4 of House of Cards was unveiled on January 10, and it reminds fans of Frank Underwood's (Kevin Spacey) gruesome past.

New Characters To Threaten Frank In Season 4?  

The clip, titled 'The Leader We Deserve' is essentially Frank's address to the nation, jusifying why he should be reelected and America deserves him. As he speaks from his White House desk, the monologue is interspersed with flashbacks of all his dirty deeds -- the various seductions and murders.

There is a deeply ominous tone to the clip, and Frank's steely stare as he convinces America to vote for him underscores the sentiment of the clip.

The first teaser for the season was dropped during the live telecast of the Republican Presidential debate on CNN.

Fittingly, a fictive campaign spot for Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) was revealed teasing season 4 of House of Cards.

The with a hopeful view of the country and all its people living free, in peacefull harmony. The voicover for the spot runs: "It's a new day in America, today more people will go to work, return to their families and sleep more soundly than ever before all because one man refuses to settle, putting people before politics. That man is Frank Underwood."
