When it comes to the Duggar family, they just can't catch a break with their critics these days. Even though the former reality television stars have been working hard to repair their tarnished image thanks to Josh Duggar's multiple sex scandals from last summer, both fans and critics alike can't help but criticize each Duggar family member with every move they make.

In fact, Jill Duggar and her husband, Derick Dillard, who are currently living in Central America because of their missionary work, are being slammed as bad parents to their 9-month-old son, Israel David Duggar. Derick's Instagram followers couldn't help but notice that the young tot appears to be sporting several different bruises in photos he's been posting to his social media account.

It all began on Monday when Derick shared a video of the little boy trying a pickle for the first time and captioned it with, "Israel tried a pickle for the first time this month! Watch his reaction on video on www.dillardfamily.com #firstpickle #sourface."

That's when his fans questioned a bruise on the baby's left eye by responding with, "Another black eye?" along with, "What happened to Israel again?!?!"

Some of Derick's fans did happen to defend him by writing, "Why do people put things into something that's not there, that baby does not have dark circles under his eyes. Quit criticizing about baby Israel's parents. Live your own life. That baby is healthy and happy," along with, "He's adorable! Leave this family alone!"
