Quantico is out to prove that time does not, in fact, heal all wounds.

'Quantico' Spoilers: Who Will Die In Midseason Premiere? EP Dishes On Tragic Losses

The Command Center bombing will be three months in the rear view when Quantico returns in March. Alex's [Priyanka Chopra] guilt, however, will be as fresh as ever.

While Alex isn't directly responsible for the explosion, her role in the 32 deaths will weigh heavy on her mind.

'Quantico' Spoilers: Is Simon Guilty [POLL]? Tate Ellington & EP Weigh In

"She convinced [Simon] to let it go [of the trigger], so she's traumatized," Chopra told Entertainment Weekly. "She's in a really bad place when we come back."

On the upside, it looks like the FBI and the general public will have dropped Alex from their suspect list, or at least knocked her out of first place.

"We come back a few months after, and now that the second bomb went off, people are like, 'Oh, maybe Alex wasn't the terrorist,'" Chopra explained.

Elias' death, however, will leave many questions unanswered. Was he responsible for the Command Center bomb, or is there another terrorist hiding inside the Bureau? The mystery of the Grand Central bomber is nowhere close to over.

Quantico will return to ABC on March 6 at 10 p.m. ET.
