Singer Chris Brown has come out victorious in the latest assault case against him.

He will not be facing any charges after a woman, Liziane Gutierrez, claimed he got dangerously physical with her and punched her in the face in Las Vegas over the holidays.

Authorities were eerie of her story from the beginning, TMZ reported Monday. For starters, she didn’t have any evidence to back up her claim. And Chris made it clear he didn’t touch her from the moment she said that things that ugly.

Instead, he accused her of being a woman scorned after she couldn’t get into a hotel party he was hosting at the time.

But that’s not all. She has now been banned from a popular night club in Los Angeles, called 1OAK. It’s not clear if the ban is because of Brown, but she was spotted outside of the venue as Chris and his friends enjoyed the evening inside. It looks like the club is hoping to steer clear of anymore issues or allegations.

Interestingly enough, this seems to be a pattern with Gutierrez.

She also went off on singer Jason Derulo after a similar altercation back in August of last year. She didn’t get into his party either and apparently had a few choice words for him. The woman later accused him of making the women who did get inside do inappropriate activities. That didn’t go far either as she didn’t have evidence for that claim.
