In a recent interview with Billboard, Wiz Khalifa dished about the possibility of writing music for Fast and Furious 8.

The rapper, who collaborated on the mega hit See You Again with Charlie Puth for Furious 7, revealed that while his schedule was tight he definitely looking forward to working with Puth again.

"That would be tight! Me and Charlie are definitely going to work on some more music," he said. "He's traveling the world and I'm working on my album, but somewhere in between we're going to find some time to do something else special. That's my man, so it ain't nothing."

He also responded to the recent Oscar snub the song got, especially with the recent uproar about the lack of diversity in the nominees.

"I don't really get into the political stuff," he said. "I know that there's a lot to do with who does get nominated and who doesn't, and it's not always just the music. And I'm focused on the music."

He was also asked to address the boycotting of the Oscars by the likes of Will Smith and what he thinks of that.

"I think the lack of diversity is clear," he said. "It's the responsibility of us as a people, black people, to stand up for what we believe in -- whether it be that you don't pay attention and don't care, or if you do then you show passion and you stand up and use your voice."

Fast and Furious 8 will be released on April 15, 2017.
