Furious 7 seems to have gotten Cody Walker, the younger brother of Paul Walker, hooked enough to consider acting as a profession.

Jordana Brewster Was "Most Emotional" While Filming After Paul Walker's Death

The 26-year-old actor has expressed interest in pursuing acting as a career after his stint with helping finish Paul's character arc in Furious 7.

New York Daily News reported that the actor was looking for new roles in the movies. Cody's manager Matt Luber revealed that his career was in "its beginning stages" and that he was "open to all types of roles" right now.

Furious 7 Should Win Best Film Oscar, According To Vin Diesel

The most interesting bit of information Luber gave away was that Cody might be keen on working in Fast and Furious 8 if the producers were interested in signing him on.

"I'm not sure if they are going to make an eighth movie, but if they did, I'm sure he would entertain a conversation (about a role)," he told NYDailyNews.

In Furious 7, Paul's character, Biran O'Connor's, wife Mia Toretto's (Jordana Brewster) is expecting their second child. At the end of the movie it spurs Brian's decision to leave the dangerous business of fast cars. The goodbye is subtle and emotional as Dominic (Vin Diesel) and his crew look on, at Brian, Mia and child playing on the beach.

So if Cody were to actually be considered it would be for a new role. This could play two ways. It might be endearing to fans as it would in some way keep Paul's legacy going in the Fast and Furious series. The downside could be that Cody would remind fans of Paul too much, setting a sad tone in the films.

Furious 7 hit theaters on April 3, 2015.
