Chris Brown, Rihanna: 'Ayo' Singer Faces More Assault Drama

Just as Chris Brown’s past with Rihanna is beginning to resurface, another woman has taken legal action against the singer for alleged assault.

Remember the woman, Liziane Gutierrez, who claimed that the singer physically assaulted her at a Las Vegas hotel party over the holidays?

Well, even though Chris has adamantly denied even seeing the woman, she apparently believes she has more than enough evidence to take him to court.

She headed to Clark County, NV to file the documents, TMZ reported Thursday. She recounts her side of what happened that night and said she was in Chris’ hotel room at the Palms Hotel and Casino. She said that Chris, or possibly one of his security guys in his entourage, hit her in the “face and/or arm and/or hands.”

She also said someone stole her cell phone.

She added defamation to her battery and theft lawsuit after Brown took to Instagram to respond to her claims just after they made headlines.

Police in Las Vegas have already put a halt on filing any charges because she did not have enough evidence.

Her lawyer also spoke with TMZ and said, “My client retained me because Mr. Brown has made all sorts of public statements of our lawsuits. That’s certainly a scary fact. So she’s decided to retain counsel so I can advise her and we can investigate this and figure out what’s going on and what’s the best thing to do moving forward for her.”

But Chris already was reportedly planning to file a lawsuit against her for her claims.
