Episode 17 of Grey's Anatomy airs on March 14 and fans will see one Seattle Grace doctor question if he should stay with the hospital or leave.

A synopsis of Transplant Wasteland released by ABC stated that "the discord and chaos created by the hospital's new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace."

In episode 16 Jackson Avery hinted his desire to leave the hospital and move to Boston after news of the hospital being sold in parts surfaced among attendees. His mother, Catherine Avery, said at the end of the Feb. 28 episode This Is Why We Fight that her foundation will put up majority of the money needed for Derek Shepard, Meredith Grey, Arizona Robbins and others involved in the plane crash to buy the hospital.

The only condition is that Jackson will be on the hospital's board and with Catherine being the majority investor, she appointed Jackson to run the board. He might not be so willing to move to Boston now.

The new hospital board might hold their first meeting in episode 17, as one photo for the respective episode shows the doctors sitting around a table. In another image, Jackson sits at the head of the table while addressing his colleagues.

The synopsis for Transplant Wasteland added that the doctors and interns will be forced to juggle several transplant surgeries at once, "each coming with its own set of obstacles."

One network released photo shows Shepard and Owen Hunt in a dispute in the Seattle Grace lobby and when Jackson tries to intervene, Shepard puts up his hand up as if telling him to stand back and not get involved. However, a sneak peek clip of the episode shows that in fact Wilson was arguing with Jackson and that Shepard got in the middle of their discussion.

The trailer video for episode 17, shown below, revelas that "jealousy flares" among Alex Karev and his intern Jo Wilson.

Episode 17 of Grey's Anatomy, part of its ninth season, airs Thursday, March 14, at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
