After her successful stint as special correspondent for Inside Edition in Super Bowl 50, Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach returned to New York to conquer the runways of the New York Fashion Week on Thursday, Feb. 11.

Pia was one of the celebrities who walked down the runway for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women's fashion event presented by Macy's. The event aims to support women affected by heart diseases in bringing the serious issue to light during the fashion show. Pia walked the runway in a red gown with a plunging neckline designed by Carmen Marc Valvo.

A total of 24 women graced the runway for a good cause; including Miss Universe 2012 Olivia Culpo, as well as singers Debbie Gibson, and Monica. Pia has proven, once again, that she is indeed "confidently beautiful with a heart," by making a difference through fighting heart diseases in women.
