Demi Moore filed her own divorce papers on Thursday to end her marriage with Ashton Kutcher and is seeking all the money possible from the legal separation.

The 50-year-old actress filed her paperwork in the Los Angeles Superior Court and reportedly is asking Kutcher to cover all of her legal fees as well as provide spousal support, according to People Magazine.

The legal end to the Hollywood couple's marriage started in 2011 when Moore cited "irreconcilable differences" in the relationship which was followed by divorce papers filed by Kutcher last December.

Moore waited around three months to respond to the 35-year-old actor's legal action, but finally signed the papers while Kutcher was on vacation with his girlfriend, former That 70's Show co-star Mila Kunis.

The legal documents were examined by Los Angeles attorney Marlo Van Oorschot who told Yahoo News that "she has set forth in her Response to the Petition a request for spousal support as a way to preserve her rights to formally seek support during or at the conclusion of the divorce."

Oorschot added that there are still a variety of factors to consider in whether or not she will actually receive any money from Kutcher stating, "Whether or not Moore will actually receive support will be dependent upon both parties' financial conditions."

Kutcher allegedly has continued to make a hefty salary for his role on the CBS hit sitcom Two and a Half Men which helped him earn $24 million last year, according to Forbes.

The action by Moore for money from Kutcher means there will likely be a heated legal battle when the case inevitably is resolved in court.

The actress remarked to CNN when she first announced the split that the divorce was the best action for her family.

"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my life," Moore said in November 2011.
