Selena Gomez and her girlfriends performed a choreographed dance routine to Dustin Tavella's Everybody Knows (Douchebag) and many reports claimed it was a direct nod to the singer's ex-boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

The 20-year-old former Disney star dances in the video with her friends, including Secret Life of the American Teenager star Francia Raisa, and she posted a video of their routine on YouTube two days after Bieber, 19, was taken to the hospital due to trouble breathing.

The video's choreographer, Charity Lynne Baroni, reportedly tweeted, "We danced tonight. It was awesome. Especially because we dedicated it to someone .... and then ate chinese food after."

In the video description on YouTube, Gomez wrote, "Me and my girls just doin what we do...dancin! haha... Big thanks to @DustinTavella for making such a sick anthem! And to @ChaeLynne for her amazing choreography : )"

On March 9 Gomez was photographed arriving at a dance studio with Raisa and both stars were wearing the same outfits they sported in their music video.

Lyrics of Everybody Knows (Douchbag) include the following:

"Your boyfriend is a douchebag

Your boyfriend is a douchebag

"You know he's got somebody on the side, girl
And the way he talks to us is a sin...

You quit defending him."

In December Gomez posted a video on Youtube of her and three of her friends dancing to Taylor Swift's song I Knew You Were Trouble. Gomez was also featured in the famous parody video of Carly Rae Jepsen's Call Me Maybe along with Ashley Tisdale and Bieber. At the time Gomez and Bieber were still dating and in the video they almost kiss, before Tisdale pushes them apart.
