Tiger Woods' ex wife Elin Nordegren is dating her Florida neighbor, who is a coal magnate and billionaire.

The New York Post reports that the Swedish former model is dating Chris Cline, 53. They both live in the North Palm Beach oceanfront community Seminole Landing. Nordegren had her home bulldozed and rebuilt after the split with Woods.

According to an exclusive Page Six source, "Elin and Chris have been dating since the holidays."

Cline is from West Virginia and his net worth is $1.2 billion and has hosted a fundraising event for 2012 presidential candidate Mitt Romney in his home, according to the tabloid. He has four children and has been married twice.

Nordegren and golf prodigy Tiger Woods split in 2010 after a 2009 fight around Thanksgiving time.

It was first reported that Woods got into a car accident when he hit a tree and fire hydrant while trying to leave his home. Then speculation arose that his then wife Nordegren was suspecting him of cheating.

According to the Hollywood Life, Woods and Nordegren were spotted together in Jupiter, Fla. on Feb. 23 where they attended a youth sporting event with their two kids.
