A bombshell report has confirmed what Kim Kardashian's estranged husband Kris Humphries has testified in their legal battle all along- that their marriage and relationship was faked for television.

Russell Jay, a television producer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians, has testified in a 165-page deposition that at least two scenes that aired on the reality show was "scripted, shot or re-edited."

Life & Style obtained the court documents that reveal shocking revelations that have now come to light: Kardashian uses a "tear" stick when filming her reality show to fake crying scenes, their proposal scene was re-shot several times and fake scenes were created after Kardashian decided she wanted a divorce from the NBA player.

Russell testified in court that not only did Kardashian know about Humphries' "surprise" proposal on the KUWTK season finale in 2011, but she asked the show's producers if she could re-shoot the proposal scene because "she didn't like how her face looked in the first take," according to Life & Style.

Russell also revealed that the scene when Kardashian told her mother, Kris Jenner, that she wanted to end her marriage was filmed in December, long after she filed for divorce in October.

Kardashian ended her marriage from Humphries a mere 72 days after they wed in August 20, 2011. Their special day was filmed and aired on an E! television special Kim's Fairytale Wedding: A Kardashian Event.

Russell confessed to another fake scene where Kardashian pretended to be upset that Humphries threw a party in their hotel room while she was out of town but she was indeed, on set at the hotel while the party was going on.

According to an insider, Humphries is happy now that the truth has come to light. Humphries had asked for a "public apology" and an admission that the marriage was fraud from Kardashian for setting up a staged wedding for financial gain in April, 2012.

"Kris feels vindicated," a friend said about the revealing deposition because Kardashian has repeatedly stated that she married him because she loved him.

"They set Kris up to look like a jerk," the source told Life & Style. "Anyone who loves someone would not team up with their production team to make them look like a fool on TV."

Kardashian, who is 6 months pregnant, will appear in a divorce court on May 6 to defend herself.
